How to Create Your First ReadySet Experience

Creating an experience in ReadySet Studio is meant to feel easy. Start simple, launch it, and grow more advanced as you go.

Building ExperiencesUpdated

The six-step path

  1. Open ReadySet Studio

Sign in to Studio — the creation side of ReadySet, where everything is built.

  2. Choose an event area

Pick the venue, neighborhood, office, or area where participants will play.

  3. Place checkpoints and add activities

Drop checkpoints onto your event area, then add activities to each one — photo tasks, trivia, puzzles, and more.

  4. Configure teams and gameplay

Set team sizes, scoring, and how the experience flows from start to finish.

  5. Review and launch

Preview the flow, make final tweaks, and launch when you're ready.

  6. Share the event code

Send the event code to participants — they enter it in the ReadySet app to jump in.

Simple or advanced — your call

A first experience can be as simple as one or two checkpoints with a handful of activities. As you get comfortable, you can layer in more checkpoints, richer activity types, and deeper team mechanics.

You can always edit later

Nothing is locked in. Adjust activities, rework the flow, or move checkpoints even after you've started building. Treat your first experience as a draft you shape over time.
