  • 02How does pricing work?
    Pricing scales with the type of partnership and the number of events you run. Per-event engagements are quoted per edition; volume and long-term partners get pre-committed pricing tiers. We share a transparent rate card and a margin model on the first call so you can price client work with confidence.
  • 03What's a realistic timeline from kickoff to launch?
    A standard branded edition launches in 4–6 weeks, including creative, content, and a full rehearsal. Repeat editions run on a tighter 2–3 week loop. Tight-deadline pitches can be delivered in under two weeks when scope is focused.
  • 04What support do partners get during live events?
    Every partner gets a named partner manager, a shared production channel, and a live ops engineer on the day of the event. For larger activations, we add on-site support. You're never running the platform alone in the room.
  • 05Do partners need engineers to deliver?
    No. Producers run ReadySet from the host console — no code required. Engineering only enters the picture if you choose the API or embedded integration path, and even then we provide reference implementations and direct support.
  • 06Can we white-label the experience under our own brand?
    Yes. White-label is one of the core partnership tiers. You control the brand, the app surface, the content, and the client-facing story; ReadySet stays in the background as the engine.
