Our role
For most customer deployments ReadySet acts as a data processor, processing personal data on behalf of the organizer (the data controller) under a Data Processing Agreement.
Your rights
Individuals have rights to access, correct, delete, and port their personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Requests should be sent first to the organizer who runs the experience; we will support them in responding.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and appropriate supplementary measures.
Sub-processors
We use a limited set of vetted sub-processors to operate the platform (hosting, analytics, support tooling). A current list is available on request.
Security
We follow industry best practices including encryption in transit, least-privilege access, and ongoing monitoring. Security questionnaires and DPAs are available for enterprise customers.
