Turn your audience
into active participants.

ReadySet powers premium branded worlds — custom-themed missions, sponsor checkpoints, and live multiplayer storytelling that turns footfall into participation, and participation into earned media.

Why brands use ReadySet

Activations the audience plays — not walks past.

Banners get ignored. Booths get bypassed. ReadySet rebuilds the activation as a live multiplayer world the audience steps inside, moves through, and posts about — with the brand woven into every beat.

Active participation

The audience stops being a crowd. They become players — moving, choosing, scoring, returning. Engagement measured in minutes on-site, not glances.

Immersion that sticks

Custom theming on every surface — splash, map, missions, leaderboard. The phone disappears into the world the brand is building.

Branded storytelling

Every checkpoint is a brand beat. Every mission is a script you wrote. The narrative isn't a tagline on a wall — it's what people are playing.

Built for social spread

Photo missions, leaderboard wins, optional AR moments — every interaction is a shareable beat. The activation finishes its life on people's feeds.

Sponsor lift, measurably

Branded missions, scans, dwell time, and unlocks — all tracked. Hand the sponsor a report that proves the activation delivered, with numbers.

Memory you can replay

Players leave with screenshots, photos, and finale clips. The campaign keeps running long after the truss comes down.

The experience layer

One QR code. A whole branded world.

No queues. Audiences open the ReadySet app, enter the event code, and the brand world unlocks on their phone — venue, festival ground, retail floor, or city block.

Built for real-world activations

One platform, every kind of crowd.

From a 500-person product launch to a multi-day festival ground, the same ReadySet engine adapts to the activation in front of you — branded, themed, and ready to scale.

5,000–50,000

Festivals & live music

Multi-day, multi-stage activations that turn the festival ground into a single connected playfield. Branded missions follow the audience from gate to encore.

500–5,000

Product launches

Launch days where the audience doesn't watch the product — they play it. The activation is the demo, and the demo travels home in screenshots.

City-scale

Public & city campaigns

Multi-day, multi-location campaigns the public can join from a poster scan. The city becomes the campaign canvas; the leaderboard becomes the headline.

Stadium

Sports & fan activations

Pre-game, in-arena, and around the venue. Branded fan missions, sponsor unlocks, and a live leaderboard inside the second-screen moment.

Multi-site

Retail & pop-ups

Turn a pop-up into a destination. Branded scavenger hunt-style experiences across stores, neighborhoods, or districts — measurable, repeatable, on-brand.

Bespoke

Experiential campaigns

Agency-built worlds with ReadySet as the engine underneath. You bring the creative; we bring the multiplayer infrastructure that makes it real.

Customization & branding

The brand world is yours. The infrastructure is ours.

ReadySet is a customizable layer, not a template. Theme every surface, write every mission, design every checkpoint — or hand us your creative brief and we'll build the world with you.

  • Custom theming, end to end

Splash, map, mission cards, leaderboard, finale screen — every surface skinnable to the brand. Audiences play inside the world, not next to it.

  • White-label deployment

Run ReadySet under your own brand or your client's. We disappear; the experience is yours. Built for agencies who can't show a third-party logo.

  • Bespoke missions

Photo, trivia, scan, head-to-head — with optional AR-enhanced moments. Every mission custom-written around the brand story. Not modular. Not stock. Built for you.

  • Live producer control

A single dashboard to extend timers, push surprise missions, feature a sponsor, or adjust difficulty mid-activation. Producers stay in control all night.

  • Real-time analytics

Watch the floor live: who's playing, where they're moving, which branded zones are heating up. Optimize the activation while it's still running.

  • Production-grade reliability

Battle-tested across festivals, launches, and city-scale activations. The platform doesn't blink when 10,000 phones come online at once.

It changed what an activation can be. People didn't pose for the brand wall and leave — they spent the night inside the brand world. The post-event report wrote itself.

Real-world deployment

What it looks like at activation scale.

Silverstone's Lap of Lights ran the same engine that powers brand activations and festival grounds — proof that one mobile-powered layer can hold thousands of people inside a single live branded experience.

  • Proof

    Crowd-scale participation

Thousands of attendees joined through the ReadySet app with a code at the gate — no queues, no second-class spectators.

  • Proof

    Immersion that held all night

Branded splash, map, and missions read as part of the activation. The phone disappeared into the world around it.

  • Proof

    Flow across the venue

Mapped checkpoints spread the crowd across the circuit. No zone over-pressured, no installation went unseen.

FAQ · for brand teams

Setup, sponsors, reporting,
white-label.

The questions brand and agency teams ask before greenlighting an activation. Honest, specific answers.

Talk to a brand activations producer
  • 01How long does it take to launch a branded activation?
Standard branded editions go live in 3–5 weeks, including theming, mission design, a content review pass, and a full rehearsal. Repeat formats — campaign tours, recurring sponsor moments — run on a 1–2 week loop once the master experience is built. Tight-deadline pitches can be delivered in under two weeks when scope is focused.
  • 02How do you integrate sponsors into the experience?
Sponsors live inside gameplay, not around it. We build branded missions, scan-to-play moments, sponsor zones on the map, branded checkpoints, photo sets, and post-mission unlocks. Each sponsor gets measurable participation — visits, scans, completions, dwell time — not just an impression count.
  • 03What reporting do brand and sponsor teams get after the event?
A post-event report covering participation, mission completion rates, branded zone visits, sponsor scan-throughs, dwell time, photo and video output, and earned shares. Data exports (CSV) and live dashboards are available throughout the event for in-flight optimisation. Custom KPIs can be wired in on request.
  • 04Can we deploy it under our own brand or our client's brand?
Yes. ReadySet is fully white-label: the player app surface, the visual identity, the copy, the sponsor placements, and the post-event recap can all carry your brand or your client's. ReadySet stays the engine in the background — your audience sees only the activation.
  • 05How do attendees join the activation?
Attendees download the ReadySet app, enter the event code, and join — no account required. The experience is themed and branded for your activation, so participation rates stay high.
  • 06What support do brand teams get during a live activation?
A named producer, a shared event channel, and a live ops engineer on-site or remote on the day. Larger activations get an on-the-ground crew. You're never running the platform alone — the moment something needs to shift on the floor, we shift it with you.
