Northwind's previous summit closed with the usual flat hour: exhibitor booths, awkward small talk, and a slow drift toward the exits. The team wanted that final block to feel like the most-talked-about moment of the event, not the most-skipped.

ReadySet turned the entire venue floor into a multiplayer board. Sponsors became destinations on the map, gameplay rewarded real conversations, and the floor went from quiet to packed within the first ten minutes.

By the end of the session, sponsor booths reported nearly twice the dwell time of the previous year, and the post-event survey landed a 34-point NPS lift — the highest in the summit's six-year history.
