Getting started with ReadySet is designed to be simple. Organizers create Experiences in ReadySet Studio, while participants join and play using the ReadySet App. Most Experiences can be created and launched in just a few steps.

Getting StartedUpdated

What organizers need

To create an Experience, organizers typically need:

  • Access to ReadySet Studio
  • An event idea or format
  • A gameplay area or location
  • A device with internet access

From Studio, organizers can then:

  • Generate Checkpoints
  • Add Activities
  • Configure gameplay

What participants need

  • The ReadySet App
  • The event code shared by the organizer
  • Internet access
  • GPS / location enabled for some Experiences

Planning your Experience

Before creating an event, it can help to consider:

  • Event goals
  • Group size
  • Gameplay duration
  • Location type
  • Team structure
  • Activity style

Different gameplay formats work better for different audiences and event types.

Testing before launch

ReadySet also lets organizers generate preview codes and test Experiences before publishing them live. Testing helps verify:

  • Activity flow
  • Gameplay pacing
